GALVANIZING
– GALVANIZING MASKANT is a water borne liquid maskant that can be applied over a clean surface by brushing, dipping, or spray to the surface to be masked. It is used to mask off certain areas of a part that are not to be galvanized.
Plating on Plastics
– Procoat Maskant is a fast dry solvent pigmented stop-off lacquer or liquid maskant that can be applied over a clean surface by brushing, dipping, or spray to the surface to be masked.
PROCOAT
– A general purpose stop-off lacquer.
PROCOAT STRIPPER/REDUCER -To remove PROCOAT, after the plating job is completed, or to reduce application viscosity.
SHARPSEAL
– Use when a precise demarcation line is required.
SHARPSEAL, STRIPPER/REDUCER – To remove SHARPSEAL, after the plating job is completed. or to reduce application viscosity.
PEELSEAL
– Use when it is necessary or desirable to remove the maskant, after processing, by peeling rather than solvent stripping.
PEELSEAL STRIPPER/REDUCER – To remove PEELSEAL after processing when solvent stripping is required or to reduce application viscosity.
CHROMECOAT
– Use when a stop-off lacquer is needed for hard chrome.
CHROMECOAT STRIPPER/REDUCER – To remove CHROMECOAT, after the plating job is completed, or to reduce the application viscosity.
ANOCOAT
– Use when a stop-off lacquer is needed for anodizing.
ANOCOAT STRIPPER/REDUCER – To remove ANOCOAT, after the anodizing process, or to reduce the application viscosity.
MILLCOAT
– Use when chemical milling aluminum.
MILLCOAT STRIPPER/REDUCER- Use when it is desirable to strip off MILLCOAT, after processing, rather than peeling or to reduce application viscosity.
POWDERCOAT MASK
– Use when a maskant is required for powder coating.
PEELCOAT CLEAR
– Use when a clear temporary peelable coating is needed for mechanical protection only of surface finish for metals and glass.
RACKCOAT
– Use as a substitute for plastisol on part racks when an oven is not available or for short production runs. Spray or brush as required, use within hours.
MASKCOAT products are flammable liquids and are available in I gal., 5 gal., and 55 gal. containers. Also available in low VOC and VOC free formulations.
